Need Type II Chromate Treatment for Cadmium Plating Line [Canada]

I'm looking for a supplier of a type II Chromate Treatment (in powder or granular form) meeting AMS-QQ-P-416 requirements for an established cadmium plating line. We are an aircraft R+O facility, and at this time cannot consider alternatives to cadmium plating. Only the Type II chromate treatment is required, the remainder of our chemicals are still readily available.
