Pin stuck together during Dull SN plating (Barrel)

We are plating of connector pins using barrel.
The pins will stick together after dull SN plating in barrel.
Can anyone advice me what causes this problem.

Sure, they're stuck together because the plating bridged the gap. The easiest fix to try would be to add a proportion of non-conductive media to the barrel and see what happens.

Ted Mooney is right. Obviously since he is an expert. I also have something to add onto this. In Barrel plating quality is also highly related to Quantity in the barrel. One more aspect is what is the layer of sheet used inside the barrel to avoid direct contact of the pins to the barrel.
