Passivation-Hot Dipped Galvanizing [India]

We are supplying chrome based passivation chemical to our customer who manufactures Hot Dipped Galvanizing Steel. The chemical is Hexavalent + Trivalent Chrome based and it turns jelly like after use of 7 - 8 days time. Kindly help us giving supporting reasons.

Hello, Inderkumar. I'm not really understanding. You are formulating this product and asking why it gels? Or are you just distributing it?
