Titanium pyrophosphate+Na2HPO4 in activation surface [Iran]

We are manufacturer of tri cationic phosphate in automotive industry in Iran ;
But we import material from Italy in activation stage with high price .
we make activation powder in lab with Titanium pyrophosphate+Na2HPO4+Anticorrosion+sodium nitrite But the coating in not uniform; what is your recommendation?

Well, my recommendation is to continue importing the material from Italy despite the high price :-)

Thanks for not acceptable answer but it is better you know that we are the biggest company in iran for production of phosphating in automotive industry and your answer is out of any scientific and business direction.

I am so unhappy from my self that truth for finishing.com

Sorry that my response was not what you wanted, but my personal opinion has been quite consistent on this issue across thousands of inquiries: I think the individual users as well as the industry as a whole, worldwide, is generally better off when we use the developed proprietary materials rather than trying to learn formulations over the 'net. Just my personal opinion, and we'll be happy to print any suggestions.
