Need Replating of Door Hinges

The builder of my house stuck me with satin nickel door knobs and hinges with a shiny brass finish. What options are there to replate the hinges?

Ed. note: Because of the cost of manual labor compared to automation, replating your hinges may cost as much as buying new ones, Mandy, but they can certainly be stripped of their brass plating and be replated with satin nickel.
