Need nickel or nickel-chrome plater in Asia

I have a customer that is looking to Ni-Cr plate fasteners (ASTM B456 [link is to spec at TechStreet] ) at their China facility. My sources have not be able to locate an Asian source. I have only found one supplier in the US for fasteners!

Anyone familiar with Ni-Cr and know of any Asian/Japan sources?
