Epoxy adhesive for road studs to bitumen and concrete [India]

Dear sir,
I am looking for a epoxy adhesive that can sustain temperature upto 130 degree centigrade and has good strenghth to bond ABS and Polycarbonate Plastic to the bitumen and concrete base. The epoxy must be thick and should not spread too far when the resin and hardner are mixed together before applications.
