Letter 41041

Is there any difference between anchor profile and roughness?

The specification say "Surface Preparation-White metal sandblast (sspc-sp5) 1.5mils anchor profile", but the roughness tester's indication differentiate measurement range to Ra(0.001mils to 0.5mils) and Rz(0.001 to 5mils). I have been bothered that if the tester satisfy the specification! Can you help me?
