I need clear shiny aluminum surface after bright dipping or etching process

I am working on aluminum finishing but I have a problem that after bright dipping there is a cloudy surface apearing on the articles and that makes color differences in coloring.

I believe that you have correctly identified the problem of the color differences as being caused in or before the bright dipping process, M. So the next step is to determine what, if anything, is wrong with the bright dipping. If you care to provide any details about the bright dipping perhaps a reader can make suggestions of what needs correcting.

Meanwhile, have you examined the racking and found any correlation between the dull areas and their position in the brite dip tank? Good luck.
