Avoiding phosphating by suitable spray

++++++

Hello Everyone,
Before raising my question, I thank everyone who would spare little time by responding my question. My question is that one of my paint manufacturers have told me that they have a phosphate-coating which will cover about 7 microns and thereby we can avoid going for phosphating.What he says is first clean the substrate with soap water and apply their spray phosphate-coating over it and allow it to dry and we will get a surface coverage of about 7 microns (white transparent colour). Is that true?

Nothing will replace a good phosphate coating. That said, his product may produce a good enough product to get by. It largely depends on what your final product needs are.

Can anyone please tell me spray to avoid phosphating?
