Cleaning of laser pump cavities manufactured from titanium [Slovenia]

After manufacturing (milling, truning, drilling etc.) of Titanium laser puming cavity what is the best method for cleaning the manufactured part from tooling lubricants?
The Titanium cavity will be exposed to DI water and high intensity flashlamp light.
