I want to buy a RAL shade card. could anyone suggest me from where and how could I buy it? also what would be the approximate cost? I would be highly obliged to you.

Do a search on Google under 'RAL shade cards' and you should find a supplier. The one I clicked on was £46 (sorry, don't know how much that is in Rupees). I'm sure there will be a supplier in India as well.
