Plating control system

We manufacture printed circuit boards. we have heard recently, about a plating system where the operator only inputs the current density required into the rectifier control system. When the board is placed in the tank, the system calculates the square footage of the plating area, apparently, by measuring the schange in the resistance between the plating solution and the bars.

We would like to know more about this system, and may purchase if it suits our requirements. any info would be apreciated
