304 Stainless in Cookware
Product
-
- Assuming that 304 Stainless Steel is used to manufacture high
quality cookware...woks, pots and pans, etc etc.:
- 1. What is the heat resistance of 304?
- 2. Is it suitable for mfg premium cookware that will be
exposed to very high temperatures which are synonymous with Asian
cooking?
- 3. If a 5 ply 304 cookware is used under high heat, will the
material warp?
- 4. Is it common to experience Heat Stains in such a material?
- 5. How can these stains be removed properly?

Hi,You are asking a good question.many cookware manufacturers are
obtain cookwares from stainless steel. The inner coating should be
required FDA-food grade safe,like fluoropolymer based.giving a non
stick,and ease clean effect.
The outer coating should be heat resistance and ease
clean, silicone based.Greblon has making this types coatings.this is
the better cookware manufacturing process worldwide.Best luck.
