Hi, You are asking a good question.many cookware manufacturers are
obtain cookwares from stainless steel. The inner coating should be
required FDA-food grade safe, like fluoropolymer based.giving a non
stick, and ease clean effect.
The outer coating should be heat resistance and ease clean,
silicone based. Greblon has making this types coatings.this is the
better cookware manufacturing process worldwide. Best luck.
