Searching for EMI/RFI Plating Companies!

I am, currently, in search of companies that can metalize and plate small ceramic covers. These square covers are small, 0.40 x 0.40 x 0.175 x 0.020 thk, and are usually plated in quantities of 10,000 to 25,000 pcs at a time. The requirement is EMI/RFI shielding for the microwave industry and must be able to withstand high temp soldering to approximately 900 degrees F. The plating requirement is 50 microinches of copper and 300 microinches of nickel. The covers would have to be smooth and shiny and printable on the back side.
