K-v problem

++++++

We are having trouble with k-v circles appearing when we put the second coat on a part...ie;candy red powder over chrome powder.... what can we do to prevent or lessen this problem.... it only happens once in awhile.. HELP

++++++

Would it be possible to photograph and post a picture of the problem on the parts in question?

++++++

The only thing that comes to mind that painters sometime's overlook is that the distance between the gun and the part on the second coat of paint is a factor. Putting the gun tip too close to the part has the same effect as the KV's being to high, high KV's create the star-bursting(KV circles).
