Could you help me about step and thickness of plating (TIN PLATING, NICKEL PLATING , YELLOW ZINC PLATING AND WHITE ZINC PLATING BOTH Cr +3 AND Cr +6 , EDP BLACK and POWDER PAINT).

Hello Danuphol. I think this is perhaps the broadest question ever asked at finishing.com :-)

Even the most cursory reply would run 50 pages or more, and no one is realistically going to do that. Please get a copy of the Metal Finishing Guidebook as a start; that will have the answers you seek.
