Zinc coating thesis [Philippines]

I would like to inquire regarding the exact amount of alloying elements and the alloying elements itself needed in zinc coating.

How long will zinc coating takes? gauges of steel sheets matter in zinc coating? (pls specify the processing of each gauges if possible)

Please give us the title of your thesis and what grade you are in, Sara Beth. There really are no answers to your questions the way they were asked, which don't even tell us if you have electroplating, galvanizing, or flame spraying in mind--but we perhaps can guide you if you can be a bit clearer about your intentions.
