Bonding polyurethane tread to a nylon 6/6 30% glass filled hub

++++++

Any suggestions on adhesives or surface preparation that would increase peel strength of bond between a polyurethane tread and a nylon 6/6 30% glass filled hub. The nylon is injection molded. The tread is poured around the hub and allowed to cure. Bond must be developed in process.

Thus far, have tried various thixon (403, 404) and chemlok (219) adhesive product with little success. Results point to incorrect adhesive or insuffcient surface prep.

Surface has been grit blasted, and the cleaned with hysol.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
