Aluminum stains the food [Australia]

I'm poaching eggs using alumium containers and poaching egg machine. The aluminum containers gives a gray stain on the edges of the cooked egg whites. How do you prevent aluminum staining? This is the first time we used the aluminum containers, is the staining gonna go away once the cups gets old?
