Sublimation coating on vinyls

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Sydney Australia and looking for a clear coating to use on Vinyl &/or ceramic &/or metal prior to transferring a sublimation or heat transfer. I need to know as where I can buy the chemical and if possible the mixture should have the following:
N-Methyl Pyrrolidinone-----Methoxy-2-Propanol-----Aromatic Hydrocarbon mixture------U.V Absorber
I appreciate any information that could help me in locating a supplier of the chemical that is used on Mugs or certain other products or better still if anyone can advise me of the exact mixture of it.
