You've given us little to go by so far, cousin Arul. Hobbyist or established plating shop? Proprietary process or home-brew? Barrel or rack plating? Have you removed a coupon after preplate and immediately before plating and completed it in a Hull Cell or another line? Have you preplated a coupon on another line and put it through this plating tank? Was the line functioning perfectly for months and stopped overnight or is this a startup that has never yet run right? The universe of possibilities remains remains vast until you help us narrow it down for you. Thanks.

Dear Arul,
If you can be more specific about your bath, may be I can help you.
1.What is the bath Chemistry- Acid Chloride-boric Zn-Co,Acid chloride boric free Zn-Co or Non Cyanide alkaline Zn-Co
2.Bath constituents (Do u analyse the solution?)
3.Cobalt conc. in ppm of the bath
4.Type of component u plate because the Current applied seems to be lower than required even for acid chloride bath
5.How old is your bath and what is the volume
6.what do you do for the maintenance of the bath
If you furnish all the details, I will be able to help you.
