Please expand upon your brief question, Kanti, because I don't understand it. Are you talking about a dye sublimation process where colorful designs are printed into paper, and then the paper is pressed against the casting, with heat, and the colorful pattern is absorbed onto the hardware? Can this work on bare zinc, or does the zinc have to be treated with an organic coating that can absorb the dye?
