Coating of aluminum surface with graphite

I have a number of 2" * 2" * 0.125" aluminum samples that need to be coated with a uniform layer of graphite of thickness 10 microns. The samples are going to be placed under water for upto an hour at a time,so the coating should be water resistant.Are there any shops that can do this kind of a job?
