Bright Acid Tin Plate per MIL-T-10777 need cross reference with ASTM Std

Could some one tell me what is the Commercial Standard Name or aquivalent for Bright Acid Tin Plate per MIL-T-10777, I couldn't find this Mil spec neither in the ASSIST database or ASTM International STDS and I need to identify a sub-contractor to do this process for my production parts (Material: Copper Bar per ASTM B-187)
