Hydrographics for exterior automotive Aluminum

Is it possible to apply a Hydrographic coating to an exterior automotive aluminum part, such as a wheel, that is as durable as a paint application? It should of course withstand testing requirements. Is it also possible to use the same application with steel wheels?

You can definitely use Hydro Graphic for outdoor applications. We've done many of wheels for motorcycles.
