Fixing tio2 on cement tiles

+++++

I'm MSC STUDENT in biology from Baghdad' Iraq my thesis project is about the use of anatase tio2 to control overgrowth of algae in concrete-lined canals. I'm writing to inquire how to fix tio2 slurry (prepared from commercial degussa p25) on concrete surfaces on which algae colonize to achieve in situ inhibition of algae on these surfaces, do I have some kind of binders,what kind of binders, in what ratio, do I have
to use artificial uv light or suffice it to use natural sunlight? thanks in advance
