Need to color 304 SS wire

Passivate and dye blue .011 dia 304 SS wire. The product is in 50# reels of 154,900 ft/reel. We supply the wire. Seven reels are initially needed. Other processes to durably color the wire may be considered. A continuing business relation is needed.
