If your parts are magnetic, i.e. they will stick to a piece of iron, then you can run them through a degausser. That electrical instrument will expose the parts to alternating polarity, continually decreasing magnitude magnetic fields. This will remove residual magnetism.
If you want your cold worked 300 series stainless steel parts to be paramagnetic rather than ferromagnetic, then you need to anneal them. My preference is to do so in accordance with AMS 2759/4, as I believe it sets reasonable controls for the process. That document is available from SAE.

If you heat it, even with a torch, and or stress relieve cold formed 300 series, it will remove the magnetic properties.

Hi, Huzefa.
As you see, we appended your inquiry to a thread which already answers it. You can remove true magnetism (that is, where the screws attract iron) with an electrical degausser. But you can only remove ferromagnetism (that is, where a magnet attracts the screws) through re-heating to change the crystal structure. Good luck.
