Measuring Evaporation Rate by ALOHA software

Is it possible to measure the rate of evaporation of water or sea water in a puddle of 5mX5mX0.1m height by using ALOHA software.
I have downloaded the soft ware but does not work.
Can anybody help me to calculate the rate of evaporation.?
