Plating of narrow areas

+++++

I have a very thin groove to plate which is approx. 4mm in width and 7mm in depth
In order to plate this, I am looking for conductive paint in order to paint the anode.

Can anyone suggest any other options other than the above?
Thank you.

Mr. (or Mrs.) Kinoshita,
What is the plating and type of chemistry that you intend to use and for what purpose (functional or decorative)? What kind of anode are you planning to use (inert or active)? Finnally, why do you want to paint it?

Hello,

I am not sure about the conductive paint but in many cases this application can be done using the brush plating process. Brush plating is used often for selectively plating in small areas such as the groove you described.
