How to remove manganese (Mn) and magnesium (Mg) from nickel sulphate solution ?

+++++

Dear Sir,

I own a small chemical factory in Taiwan. We have encountered some problems during the process of making nickel sulphate crystal from raw material. It seems without much trouble that we can remove Cu, Fe, Cd, Zn by adjusting Ph, but, still we find no way to remove manganese (Mn) and magnesium (Mg) from tnickel sulphate solution. As Mn++ and Mg++ over 1000ppm in our product of nickel sulphate crystal, what is the affect for nickel plating. I do need some expertise from your group or other people.
