Need black nickel bead blasted finish for a saxophone bell [Washington]

I am looking for a company in the U.S. that would be able to refinish the bell of a black nickel saxophone with a bead blasted finish. The bell was damaged and repaired and the lacquer is deteriorating and I am checking into refinishing it before replacing the bell.
