Oil backflow clean [Texas]

Hi

We have a large aluminum vacuum backbone that is used to transfer samples to a sputtering chamber, that has suffered from oil backflow from one of the turbo pumps. This is observable by a yellow plum covering the inner surface. Do yo know of any way it can be cleaned?
