Need PVD equipment

Hello,

I'm an Italian materials engineer. I'm thinking to found a small company in the field of PVD coating (tooling, decorative, R&D) and I'm looking for a PVD coating system (magnetron sputtering or arc). My starting budget is not so big, so I would like to start with a cheap machine, also used. I will appreciate if someone can give me some references of companies where to ask for information or quote. Does someone know russian companies in this field?
