Heat resistant chrome for lamp housing? [California]

I would like to incorporate chrome in My office and wanted to know if there is a heat resistant chrome that can be used inside a metal lamp and how to info? Also another question I had is Does chrome come in other tints besides silver and can you use it on cement?
