Hotcoat vs. Powdercoat
++++
Can anyone tell me the difference between hotcoat and powdercoat,
or are they the same thing?

They both use powder paint. The difference is that powder coating
is applied through a standard electrostatic gun onto a grounded part.
The hotcoat gun sprays the powder through a heater of some kind and
the paint is actually gelling as it is applied, as it cools off on
the part it should adhere and be cured.
