Need HCl acid recovery system

I am working with a company that needs to recover the HCL they use in the continuous pickling line.

a. dailly production 600 ton.
b. we use 16 ton Hcl in day.
c. daily purge 10 ton.
d. concentration of the acid that we purge 2%.

please inform me about the proper system the i can use in such prosses
