How to restore Water Marked Tread Plate? [Florida]

I have Diamond tread plate that has been water marked and would like to know if it can be restored back to its shine? What are the best chemical solutions to use, if possible. If not, what can be used to add another finish to it ot make it look presentable. I am using it on my shed floor and also on the floor of my motorcycle trailer. Any and all suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
