Gloss required over Teflon coated substrate [India]

Dear Sir,

I have a substrate coated with Teflon PTFE material and our need is to get high gloss on the surface. Buffing cannot be done since the part is very huge is there any kind of lacquer or paint available which can be applied over the Teflon coated substrate. It should withstand a temperature of 150 C
