Letter 32048

Need steel tube cleaning, polishing, coating

++++

seeking local-ish shop to convert steel tube, presently with an abundance of mill-scale and other oxidation up to a level suitable for powder-coating. A shop that could perform both operations would be preferred.

Presently, the engineer is concerned that the oxidation is such that a "filler" process may be required, a thicker baked enamel to fill/hide the scarring.

If you are aware of someone in BC canada, Washington State, possibly Idaho? that could solve our dilemma, would be greatly appreciated.

quantity 46,000 ft in 12 foot pieces. (7/8 inch tube)
