Cadmium Strip/Ammonium Nitrate Test Methods [Washington]

I've been trying to find some test methods for Cadmium Strip/Ammonium Nitrate. I need to determine ammonium nitrate concentration and dissolved metals in this mentioned strip. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
