I need two know as much as possible about two-step anodizing

My question is simple, thou very general. I work for an anodizing company that is considering the installation of the two step anodizing process. I would like to know as much as possible about this application. Any information will do. I appreciate those readers who are willing to help a young adult progress in the field of finishing.
