Does UV-stable blue anodizing exist? [Missouri]

I have been asked to provide blue tinted annodized sheets. My concern is that this is an outdoor application in California so the coating is sure to fade. Is there an annodizing product like hard coat that can be color tinted and will last in the field? Don't know that it is important but the aluminum is .190 thick and will measure 91.0"X332.0".
