Dear Sir,

With best regards.Please be informed that we are one of the producer of disk brake pads for various passenger cars in Iran. We intend to purchase a complete project of powder painting system for painting. The plates which are placed on the back of our brake pads ( back plates ).

Our required specifications are as follows:

1. Our production capacity in one working shift is about 50,000 prices (12,500 sets ).
2. Our brake pads are manufactured both in Asbestos and Asbestos-Free ( Metallic ) formulations.
3. As our Metallic brake pads are made of metal powder they are electricity conductor.
4.The dimensions of our products are Maximum 25 mm thickness.
5. Except the back plates which should be painted, around of brake pads as well as the remaining edges of back plates. (the surface) where the brake pads are stuck to them, should be painted too.
6. painting is the last process of our factory. After this process, the brake pads are taken to the stamp section where the part numbers of each brake pad is printed on them by jet printer, then the brake pads are sent to the packing department. Some of the brake pads on which other accessories should be installed such as spring, wire etc., after stamping, are sent to another section in which the sensors are installed and then they are transferred to packing department.
7. the dimensions of our saloons are 20x40x6 meters
8. the fuel used in our factory can be gas, gasoline or electricity.
9. The electricity of our factory is 380 volt - three phase and 50 Hz.
10. The brake pads are in difference dimension and regular or irregular shapes.
11. The Iron sheet used for producing our brake pads are Made of Hot roll iron ST37 or ST33 types with 4 or 5 mm thickness.
12. The back plates are being degreased by at least several degreasing solutions before they are stuck on the brake pads.
