Chromate in Chemical Conversions on Aluminum

-

I am looking for a MIL and/or industry spec that covers the chromate (specifically clear and yellow) in chemical conversion coatings on aluminum. Initially I thought it was covered in Mil-C-5541 [link is to spec at TechStreet]E, but on reading it I did not see a referance to any chromate. Am I missing something?
