Powder coating vs. polyurethane enamel coatings

Dear sirs, I am a Project Engineer for a rapidly growing construction company based in SLC, Utah. We now have GC licenses in Utah, California, Arizona and are in the process of obtaining licenses in Nevada, Oregon and Washington. I am trying to find all of the technical information I can find on the powder coating process. Specifically the cost, ease of application and durability of powder coating vs. polyurethane enamel for outdoor steel structures subjected to fairly harsh seasonal changes.
