Purpose and procedure for adding wetting agent in nickel sulfamate solution [India]

1.We are producing nickel stampers using nickel sulfamate solution as electrolyte for CD manufacturing. We frequently face the problems of pitting and pin holes on the non-data side of stampers. To avoid pitting we add wetting agent, to some extent we are able to control but we don't know the procedure or calculation for adding the quantity of wetting agent. If any one could suggest the procedure, please let me know.

It all depends on what you are using for a wetting agent, which you did not tell us.
