Set up of small anodizing plant

I am in manufacturing of Health products, and Aluminum tubes are raw material. My works is in a remote area, where no anodizing plant is available within 100 Km. I have to get 300 tubes of 31 " long [OD 22.22 mm / 1.40 mm WT ] per month. I am paying heavy charges on transportation, hence willing to have small anodizing facility [for my size only] at my works. If you can guide me for a small plant or any solution ?
