Need electric insulating and thermal
resistant coating [Netherlands]

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a supplier for
an industrial coating (liquid-paint) with following qualities:
Substrate: steel wire
Electrically insulating (180 VDC at 20 mu DFT) Thermal resistance: up
to 400 degr. C during 3 minutes. This will be a "once in a lifetime"
heating up.
After 3 minutes the coating is allowed to disintegrate.
Application: (air assisted) spraying
